Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by identifying new

business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. The

ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep

understanding of the Qatari market.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build, manage, and expand relationships with clients across corporate, SME, and financial sectors.
• Understand client needs and propose customized products or service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in Qatar.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Business

Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.

Experience:

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).

• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and business culture in Qatar.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a strong sales aptitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
