As a Junior Accountant at IIQAF, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. As a Junior Accountant at IIQAF, you will be an integral part of our finance team, helping to maintain financial procedures, analyze data, and support decision-making processes. Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Help with budget preparation and monitoring.
- Contribute to the reconciliation of financial discrepancies.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial data efficiently.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.
