Planning Engineer

Madre Integrated Engineering
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Coordinate with mechanical design and site teams to gather activity data and progress updates.
- Prepare and update mechanical work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Analyze project risks, delays, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Interface with procurement and subcontracting departments to ensure timely material and equipment delivery.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports (S-curves, histograms, dashboards, etc.).
- Conduct delay analysis and support in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims if necessary.
- Ensure all mechanical activities are planned in line with the overall project timeline and client requirements.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation) for integrated project planning.
Requirements
- Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer
- Should have Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in Primavera software.
- Should be available to join immediately
- Should have a valid QID
