Job Title :QA/QC Manager Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / InfrastructureLocation: QatarIndustry: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, InfrastructureExperience: Minimum 15 years (minimum 5 years as overall QA/QC In-Charge of projects)Job BriefWe are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality activities on large Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Infrastructure projects in Qatar.In this role, you will be the main person responsible for quality across the entire projectfrom engineering to construction and commissioning. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to make sure all work meets QatarEnergy standards, QCS, and international codes.sIf you take pride in doing work the right way and enjoy leading teams, this role offers a chance to make a real impact on world-class projects.ResponsibilitiesAct as the overall QA/QC In-Charge for the project.Prepare, implement, and manage the Project Quality Plan (PQP) as per ISO 9001, QatarEnergy, and client requirements.Ensure full compliance with QCS, QatarEnergy standards, and international codes such as API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, ISO, IEC, and BS.Review and approve ITPs, method statements, procedures, and quality documents.Lead QA/QC activities during construction, fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.Manage and guide QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, NDT staff, and Document Controllers.Coordinate with QatarEnergy, consultants, third-party inspectors, and certification bodies.Supervise inspections for welding, NDT, coating, piping, structural, civil, and E&I works.Ensure proper material inspection, traceability, storage, and control.Conduct internal, vendor, and site audits and close findings on time.Review NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are completed.Monitor subcontractor quality and ensure contract compliance.Prepare and submit Final Quality Dossiers, MDRs, and As-Built documents.Build a strong quality and compliance culture across the project.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of total experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Infrastructure projects.At least 5 years as QA/QC Manager or QA/QC In-Charge on major EPC projects.Mandatory experience in Qatar, working with QatarEnergy, QAFCO, or major EPC contractors.Strong hands-on experience in EPC execution, site construction, fabrication yards, and commissioning.ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Mandatory.CSWIP / AWS Welding Inspector certification preferred.NDT Level II or III (ASNT / PCN / BGAS) preferred.Why Join Us?Be part of high-profile projects that shape Qatars future.Work with respected clients and international standards.Lead large teams and make key project decisions.Enjoy a professional environment that values quality, trust, and leadership.Grow your career while working on technically challenging and rewarding projects.Application InstructionsIf you possess the qualifications and are driven to excel in your field, we warmly invite you to apply by sharing your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io or by applying directly through this platform.Note: While we appreciate every application, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
