HR Operation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employees’ personnel files, ensuring all required documents are complete and properly documented.

* Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payment

* Prepare employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and other employment-related documents.

* Manage employee onboarding documentation and ensure the completion of all required hiring procedures.

* Process employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and changes in employment status.

* Handle employee resignations, terminations, and exit procedures, ensuring proper documentation and clearance.

* Issue employment certificates, HR letters, and other employee-related documents upon request.

* Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, overtime, and absenteeism.

* Maintain accurate attendance records and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

* Manage annual leave, sick leave, and other leave balances in accordance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

* Prepare attendance and leave reports and submit them to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis.

* Ensure HR operations comply with applicable labor laws, social insurance regulations, and internal company policies.

* Maintain proper documentation for labor inspections, audits, and official requests.

Qualifications :

Bachelor degree with 3 to 5 years of experience

Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Good command of English language

Good communication skills
