Job Description

Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Food & Beverage team, coordinate with various hotel departments, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Coordinate daily operational activities across F&B outlets, restaurants, bars, and banquet operations.
• Assist in preparing departmental reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and operational documents.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests, purchase requisitions, inventory requirements, and other operational needs.
• Support the planning and coordination of hotel events, F&B promotions, special functions, and VIP arrangements.
• Maintain accurate departmental records, reports, and documentation in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Organize departmental meetings, coordinate team briefings, and follow up on assigned action points.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with hotel standards, food safety requirements, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Support the monitoring of service quality and guest feedback, ensuring operational concerns are communicated to the relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Coordinate training schedules, departmental communications, and other administrative activities to support effective team performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Manager & management to support the overall efficiency of F&B operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1–2 years in hotel operations, Food & Beverage, or a similar administrative coordination role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Good understanding of hotel operations, F&B service standards, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
