HR Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment aligned with client or business needs , ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Lead and support key HR initiatives including engagement, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building.
• Ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR risks.
• Collaborate with different departments for smooth delivery of HR services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels.
