Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered General Nurse to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, promoting health and wellness, and maintaining accurate medical records. This is a full-time position with a 2-year contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Support and promote a safe and healthy work environment for patients and staff
• Maintain confidentiality and respect patient privacy at all times
• Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered General Nurse
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
