Maintenance Offshore Preparator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance work on offshore oil and gas facilities.

Key Responsibilities

·  Prepare detailed work packs, job plans, resource requirements, and material lists for maintenance activities.

·  Review maintenance requests and develop work scopes in coordination with Operations and Maintenance teams.

·  Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.

·  Prepare manpower requirements, equipment needs, and execution schedules.

·  Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, HSE requirements, and industry standards.

·  Support shutdown planning and execution activities.

·  Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems.

Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and work permit reviews.

Requirements

·  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.

·  Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.

·  Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore or oil and gas facilities.

·  Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent.

·  Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.

·  Good communication and coordination skills.
