Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily facility operations, maintenance, real estate, and contracting activities
• Oversee maintenance, renovation, and project works
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor operational performance, budgets, and maintenance schedules
• Handle property inspections, lease matters, and facility-related operations
• Lead facility teams and ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain smooth coordination with management and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• 8–12 years of experience in facilities management, real estate, and contracting operations
• Strong experience in handling building maintenance and property-related works
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems
