Home Pro Real Estate is expanding, and we're looking for motivated Leasing Agents to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing transactions for residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants.
- Meet and exceed monthly leasing and performance targets.
- Ensure property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and professionally marketed.
- Guide clients through every stage of the leasing process with professionalism and transparency.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease agreements.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the initial inquiry through property handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial leasing (Qatar market experience is an advantage).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing your own client pipeline.
- A real estate broker license is an advantage.
