Job Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally; welcome guests and guide them through their spa experiences.
• Sales Focus: Promote and sell spa packages to clients and develop an understanding of customer needs to offer personalized service.
• Appointment Management: Book appointments for clients over the phone and via digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram); manage the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations.
• Client Communication: Utilize social media channels to engage clients and promote services; follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging apps for professional communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
