Job Description

You are the story behind every memorable evening. What you will be doing:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, ingredients, and preparation techniques
• Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested
• Ensure all beverages are presented consistently, professionally, and attractively
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor
• Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
• Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm, refined, and attentive service

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits
• Proficiency in using systems and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bartending certification preferred
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
