Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of piping staff to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
- Manage inventory and procurement of piping materials and tools, ensuring all necessary resources are available for ongoing projects.
- Develop and maintain work schedules for piping teams, optimizing labor resources to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of piping installations and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain best practices in piping operations.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of piping systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
