Sr. Process Commissioning Engineer

Leads pre-commissioning, commissioning, operational readiness, procedure review, inspection validation, and safe project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover execution.
- Review and approve commissioning procedures, schedules, and operating instructions.
- Coordinate contractor commissioning teams and operations personnel.
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with safety, quality, environmental, and technical standards.
- Validate inspection and commissioning results.
- Prepare senior-level commissioning reports, presentations, and handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in senior commissioning / pre-commissioning roles.
- Strong knowledge of commissioning systems, procedures, DCS, PLC, safe work practices, and plant operations.
- Fluent in English and proficient in commissioning / plant operation software.
