Trainer Water

Plan, organize, and deliver training programs , including preparing training materials, equipment, and resources to ensure effective learning.

Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees by evaluating their performance and providing guidance to support competency development. Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods to enhance training effectiveness and quality. Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems , including Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS, and continual improvement requirements.   Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance by conducting all training activities in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Master or at least Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

· Must haveTraining methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer) 

· The candidate should be a bilingual (English and Arabic)speaker & writer  

· At least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
