Senior UX Lead — Digital Retail Experience & Strategy

Qatar Airways Group seeks an experienced UX Lead for the Digital Retail Experience portfolio to shape strategy, design, and delivery of customer-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and omnichannel retail journeys.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Product, Technology, and business stakeholders, translating insights into intuitive solutions that enhance satisfaction and conversion. Strong AI and design-system skills are essential.
