Job Description

Our client, a government and public sector industry based in Doha, Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and creative 3D Designer to join their dynamic design team on a 6-month contract . The successful candidate will be responsible for creating stunning 3D models, animations, and visual effects that align with project goals and client expectations. This role requires a strong ability to translate concepts into visually compelling 3D content, working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, the key responsibilities are as follows:

• 
  3D Modeling and Animation: Develop detailed and high-quality 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects, ensuring that they meet both creative and technical specifications.

• 
  Collaboration: Work closely with clients, designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure that the final output aligns with client vision and project goals.

• 
  Software Utilization: Utilize Rhino or other industry-standard 3D design software to create and refine 3D models. Adaptability to use different software as needed to achieve the best results.

• 
  Project Management: Contribute to project timelines by ensuring that all assigned tasks are completed on time and within budget. Identify potential issues early and collaborate with the team to find solutions.

• 
  Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards for all deliverables, ensuring that the final output is of the highest quality, error-free, and meets the project’s objectives.

• 
  Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in 3D design and animation. Apply new techniques and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 
  Experience: Proven experience as a 3D Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects.
  
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Rhino is preferred, but proficiency in other 3D design software such as Maya, Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D is also acceptable.
  
• Creativity: Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and an ability to bring abstract concepts to life in three-dimensional space.
  
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience.

Contract Terms:

• This is a temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
