Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content that enhances our brand identity and supports marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, branding, sales, and project teams to create engaging designs for real estate projects, corporate campaigns, exhibitions, social media, advertising, presentations, and promotional materials. The successful candidate should possess a strong design portfolio, excellent creative thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

Creative Design & Brand Development

• Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual designs aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
  
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, company profiles, newsletters, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
  
• Create visually compelling graphics for project launches, property campaigns, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  
• Produce engaging digital content for websites, email marketing campaigns, online advertisements, and landing pages.
  
• Ensure all creative work reflects brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all communication channels.
  

Digital & Social Media Design

• Design creative assets for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and YouTube.
  
• Produce digital advertisements, display banners, Google Ads creatives, and website graphics.
  
• Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousel posts, and campaign visuals.
  
• Optimize artwork for various digital platforms while maintaining quality and performance.
  

Print Design

• Design high-quality print materials including:

  • Booklets
    
  • Sales kits
    
  • Corporate profiles
    
  • Annual reports
    
  • Roll-up banners
    
  • Outdoor advertisements
    
  • Signage
    
  • Event branding materials
    
• Prepare press-ready artwork according to printing specifications.
  
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate production quality.
  

Presentation Design

• Design professional PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, client presentations, investors, and project launches.
  
• Create infographics, charts, icons, and visual storytelling elements to enhance presentations.
  

Multi-Language Design

• Adapt creative designs into multiple formats and dimensions.
  
• Prepare English and Arabic versions of marketing materials while maintaining design integrity.
  
• Coordinate with translators or marketing teams to ensure accurate bilingual layouts.
  

Brand Management

• Maintain consistency across all visual communications.
  
• Support the development and implementation of brand guidelines.
  
• Ensure all marketing materials align with corporate identity standards.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Management teams to understand campaign objectives.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas.
  
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, agencies, and external suppliers when required.
  

Motion Graphics & Multimedia (Preferred)

• Support the creation of simple motion graphics and animated content for digital campaigns.
  
• Assist with basic video editing for promotional videos, social media content, and corporate presentations.
  
• Prepare multimedia assets for online platforms.
  

Project Management

• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned creative work.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design , or a related discipline.
  
• Relevant design certifications are an advantage.
  

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
  
• Experience within real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, architecture, construction, or a creative agency is highly preferred.
  
• Proven experience working on integrated marketing campaigns.
