Senior Counsel - Shipping

Our client is a leading O&G company which is in the process of a significant expansion of its Legal Division.

As part of that process, they are looking to hire a Senior Counsel to the support the company's acquisition and marine transportation of LNG, crude and other liquid petroleum products.

Applicants must be qualified as a Lawyer in a leading jurisdiction and have no less than 10 years' PQE in Shipping Law. The work relates to the transport of LNG and other petroleum products as well as sales & purchase agreements, shipbuilding contracts, vessel financing and the management of all disputes and claims.

The role is based in Qatar which offers an excellent standard of tax-free living and varied multi-cultural environment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a new team as it grows in one of the most exciting regions in the world.

Remuneration: £145K - £150K + bonus - Tax free
