Job Description

• Manage financial aspects related to contracted projects in order to minimize the costs of a project
• Facilitate the invoice/payment workflow, cash flow and enhance value for money while complying with contractual agreements
• Achieving the required standards and quality
• Quantity Surveying Strategy
• Procedures and Budgeting
• Project profitability and Delivery
• Project Risk Management
• Payment Management
• Change Management 

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• minimum of 15 years' experience
• 7-9 years management experience
• professional accreditation (MMUP, RICS, MRICS, PMP, etc.)
