Job Description

Key Result Areas:

• Manage and ensure any content development and creation for BilAraby’s initiative is established in alignment with BilAraby’s key messaging.
• Identify potential speakers and content providers/suppliers that contribute to BilAraby’s mission.
• Manage other coaches/trainers that work with speakers and content creators.
• Manage the development and delivery of training programs tailored to different levels of speaking proficiency (beginner, intermediate, advanced).
• Design and implement curricula that address specific needs of the clients or organization, including content creation, practice exercises, and feedback mechanisms.
• Create and utilize assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and track the progress of participants. Additionally, contributing to the selection process and pre-screening of speakers.
• Provide detailed reports and feedback to individuals or teams on their speaking performance, including areas of improvement and strengths.
• Develop and maintain a library of resources such as guides, templates, and reference materials to support ongoing speaker development.
• Offer post-training support, including one-on-one coaching, refresher sessions, and ongoing guidance for speakers and other selected personnel.
• Assess and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
• Brainstorm, refine, and prototype concepts, while capturing ideas for clear communication and execution.
• Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Education, Media, or a related field, Master’s is preferred.
• 8 – 10 years of relevant full-time work experience in training, facilitation, or public speaking development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and coaching methodologies.
• Ability to design engaging, learner-centered training materials.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal & writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and preference in knowledge of applicable technologies, platforms and systems (MS SharePoint...etc.)
