Job Title: Electrical Engineer (MEP)
Job Purpose:
Support the operation and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Execute and monitor PPM & CM activities
- Troubleshoot system issues and support repairs
- Coordinate with technicians and contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain records and update CMMS
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (MEP preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or similar
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and CMMS
- Good communication skills in English

- Timely maintenance completion
- Reduced system downtime
- Quick response to issues
- Compliance with safety standards
