Foreman - Insulation

Madre Integrated Engineering
- Lead insulation teams, allocate manpower, and monitor daily activities.
Supervise application of insulation on piping, vessels, ducts, and equipment.
Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safe work practices.
Verify insulation materials, thickness, cladding, and workmanship against project specifications.
Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and QA/QC inspectors to resolve technical issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and manpower logs.
Address site issues, defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Requirements
Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Industrial trades (preferred).
Certified Insulation Foreman / Supervisor with valid Qatar government approvals.
Minimum 5–7 years’ insulation experience , including supervisory roles in oil & gas or construction projects.
