Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operational activities and workflows.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage team performance, training, and development.
Monitor KPIs and operational budgets.
Coordinate with departments to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Address operational issues proactively and resolve conflicts.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards. Qualifications: Extensive experience in operations management, ideally within Qatar.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
