Manager - Leasing
Management Solutions International MSI
Key Responsibilities
Operations: Lead end-to-end property operations, facilities integration, and tenancy management for mega mixed-use assets.
Financials: Manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets, service charge models, and operational costs to maximize portfolio value.
Vendor Management: Supervise contractors and facility management teams against strict KPIs and SLAs.
Governance: Ensure full compliance with local GCC real estate laws, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (recognized university).
Master’s Degree in Business Management or a similar field.
Experience:
10+ years in a senior Property Management capacity within Gulf/GCC countries .
Proven track record managing Mega Mixed-Use Developments or large-scale projects.
