Job Description

For one our clients based in Czech Republic, we are currently looking for an Enterprise Architect.

Role: Enterprise Architect

Location:  50% onsite in Middle East, 50% remote (travel and accommodations fully covered)

Working Hours: According to Middle East time zone(s)

Scope:

Designing and advising on enterprise architecture strategies that align with client business goals, operational constraints, and long-term vision

Acting as a trusted advisor—translating complex challenges into architecture-driven solutions with clear business value

Leading discovery workshops, articulating architecture concepts, and facilitating decision-making across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Aligning architectural approaches with procurement, compliance, and vendor ecosystems to ensure scalable and sustainable delivery

Recommending fit-for-purpose solutions that respect the client’s urgency, budget, organizational maturity, and cultural context

Identifying architectural synergies and streamlining IT solution portfolios in line with strategic roadmaps

Delivering gap analyses, capability assessments, and roadmap development grounded in industry best practices and enterprise frameworks

Requirements:

5+ years of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, or IT Strategy Advisoryexperience, ideally within multinational environments

Strong consulting toolkit:stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, executive presentation, negotiation, and advisory skills

Proven background in leading transformational programsin complex enterprise settings—balancing technical innovation with commercial and operational realities

Hands-on with enterprise modeling toolssuch as ARIS and deep familiarity with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)

Experience navigating contract structures, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations—ideally in public-sector or large enterprise settings

Ability to frame architecture conversations around value realization, risk, cost, and contract terms

Deep understanding of EA principles, agile/delivery methodologies, and the interplay between business, information, application, and infrastructure layers

Strong consulting toolkit: stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, executive presentation, negotiation, and advisory skills

Proven ability to balance standardization with flexibility—ensuring designs align to governance while enabling delivery

Demonstrated experience conducting architecture reviews, validating design compliance, and evaluating change impacts across portfolios

Nice to have:

A track record of working directly with C-level or Director-levelstakeholders on architecture and strategy initiatives

Experience embedding architectural governance within agile and waterfall delivery programs

Familiarity with modeling languages and notations (UML, BPMN), and technical scripting or query languages (SQL, etc.)

Strong planning, facilitation, and communication skills—able to influence across both technology and business teams
