Freelance Recruiter - Blue Collar Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit blue-collar workers through established candidate networks and sourcing channels.
- Manage bulk recruitment campaigns based on project manpower requirements.
- Identify, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates according to client requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, document collection, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong candidate mobilization network across Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and mobilization process.
- Ensure timely submission and mobilization of qualified candidates within project deadlines.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the related field.
- Proven experience in bulk recruitment of blue-collar workers.
- Strong candidate sourcing and mobilization network.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
- Established recruitment network in Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, or Nepal.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, candidate screening, coordination, documentation, and mobilization processes.
- Ability to source and deliver suitable candidates within strict project timelines.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
