International Schools Partnership (ISP) is a leading and growing group of 105 private international schools operating in more than 25 markets and educating over 92,500 students worldwide.

As Marketing & Communications Manager for the school, you will work in close partnership with the regional ISP Marketing Team, the school’s Principal, and the school’s admissions team to drive demand for our school, building positive memorability and qualified leads. The post holder will grow the school’s reputation by positioning it as parents’ first choice, ensuring community awareness within catchment areas.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline touchpoints in the private education sector, managing expectations across internal and external stakeholders. The candidate should be proficient in day-to-day marketing operations, creative content development (written and visual), and able to meet deadlines under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • School-level marketing strategy & planning: Develop the annual marketing plan for enrolment growth and retention; ensure it stays on track and communicate risks and mitigation ideas.
  • Brand management: Ensure consistent communication of brand and messages; act as brand guardian within the school.
  • Content marketing: Plan content calendar, capture stories through photography & videography, develop and review marketing content for accuracy and approval.
  • School Website: Keep content up-to-date, improve website and landing pages proactively in collaboration with regional marketing.
  • Social Media Marketing & Community Management: Manage social media presence, create engaging content, develop posting calendar, monitor interactions, and report performance.
  • Email/CRM: Plan, design, review, and dispatch emails; review performance and report; promote events to recruit or retain parents.
  • Internal communications & PR: Support as needed in partnership with regional marketing and school leadership.
  • Offline marketing collateral: Plan environmental branding, OOH, giveaways, etc.
  • Word of Mouth Marketing: Gather testimonials, promote key stories, manage Google reviews, and comments.

Other Responsibilities

Flexibility in duties is required to adapt to the school's needs and leverage the post holder’s strengths.

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years experience in marketing or communications; experience in schools is preferable.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Performance and impact-oriented with strong ownership.
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, project management, and content creation skills.
  • Proficient in photography, video editing, content tools like Canva, social media management, CRM, and website CMS.
  • Excellent attention to detail and team collaboration skills.

Working Days

Sunday - Thursday; occasional events during weekends or after hours may be required.
