Nurse Educator

Job Summary:
Aman Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Nurse Educator to join our clinical education team. The successful candidate will play a key role in staff development, clinical competency, and continuous professional education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and deliver clinical education and training programs for nursing staff
- Conduct orientation programs for new nursing employees
- Assess learning needs and evaluate staff competency
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and accreditation requirements
- Support evidence-based nursing practice and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate education and training records
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s degree preferred)
- Valid Nursing License (QCHP / relevant authority)
- Minimum 7 years of clinical nursing experience
- Previous experience as a Nurse Educator or in a training role preferred
- Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of clinical education standards and accreditation requirements
