Strategic Customer Success Partner
The Arab Lens
The Arab Lens is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to nurture long-term client relationships and maximize customer satisfaction across the lifecycle. The role focuses on onboarding, adoption, and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and value.
Responsibilities include building strong client partnerships, coordinating with Sales and Operations, and maintaining CRM records. English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
