The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team and help create exceptional desserts that delight and inspire.
If you have a refined touch, an eye for detail, and experience in luxury hotel environments, this could be your next exciting chapter.
As Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted desserts across our restaurants, events, and special occasions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and present high‑quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision and creativity
- Maintain consistency and excellence in presentation and taste
- Support the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef in daily operations
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Guide and mentor junior team members with professionalism
- Contribute innovative ideas while respecting brand standards
About You
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong technical knowledge of pastry arts, baking, and dessert presentation
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional desserts
