Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy)

Nair Systems is currently looking for a Project Manager (Digital Transformation and Strategy) for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Management or a related discipline is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, particularly within the banking industry.
• Demonstrated ability in leading strategic and operational project planning and execution.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Knowledge of up-to-date project management techniques and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

Implement a bank‑wide project management philosophy by ensuring the consistent use of tools, processes, and methodologies across all functions. Define clear project objectives, monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues while ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, oversee budgets, and provide regular updates to senior management.

The Project Manager will integrate industry best practices, work with the Change Management team to address potential challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.
