Fire Alarm & Mass Notification Lead page is loaded## Fire Alarm & Mass Notification Leadlocations: Al Udeid AB, Qatarposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R - 101395As the **Fire Alarm & Mass Notification Lead**, you will perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on various fire alarms systems and suppression equipment, e.g., wet sprinklers & kitchen extinguishing**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:*** The purpose of this position is to inspect, service, maintain, repair fire alarm and suppression systems.* Identifies hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.* Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.* Shall develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent defective services from recurring.* Performs other duties as assigned.**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:*** NICET Certified Level III – Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems is required* High School Diploma or equivalent* Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering is highly desired.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Fire Protection/Life Safety Industry including: + Experience in Fire Alarm & Suppression Field as Journeyman and/or Foreman. + Extensive knowledge of various types of Sprinkler Systems (wet, kitchen extinguishing, etc.)**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License* Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)* Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY* Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar* Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.* Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:*** High level of knowledge & application of the National Fire Alarm Code and pertinent UFC codes.* Must be thoroughly capable of reading, interpreting, and applying system design plans, as well as building construction drawings and documents.* Ability and willingness to work independently and as a team member on all aspects of fire sprinkler systems, including maintenance, testing, repairs, and troubleshooting* Maintain NICET Level II certification for Fire Alarm systems, Special Hazard systems and Inspection/Testing of Water Based Systems.* Maintain NICET Level III certification for either Fire Alarms or Special Hazard systems.**TRAVEL:**100%, in deployed location.**SECURITY CLEARANCE:**Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC**Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
