Responsibilities
Dimensional Control Surveys : Perform dimensional control (DC) surveys on offshore structures, modules, and equipment to ensure alignment and fit-up accuracy.
Verification : Verify structural positioning, tolerances, and orientation against engineering drawings and specifications.
Data Collection : Collect precise measurements using laser scanning, total stations, and other survey instruments.
Reporting : Prepare survey reports, dimensional deviation logs, and provide corrective recommendations.
Coordination : Work closely with construction, structural, and QA/QC teams to resolve dimensional issues.
Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to offshore HSE standards, permit-to-work systems, and safe survey practices.
Requirements
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of offshore dimensional control survey experience.
Strong knowledge of laser scanning, total station surveying, and offshore alignment procedures .
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and survey data.
Familiarity with ISO, API, and NOC standards for offshore construction.
Certifications & Training
Laser DC Survey Qualification (MDR/Equivalent)
BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
Basic H2S Training
EPCIC Project HSES Induction
