Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilise various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage candidates.
- Provide advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures in the hiring process.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms ideal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering quality outcomes.
