Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of organizing staff with confidence and professionalism

• Train staff in folding techniques, categorization, and luxury service standards
• Oversee decluttering projects with a focus on client preferences and lifestyle
• Coordinate logistics, timelines, and staff delegation for each project
• Maintain the highest standards of visual presentation, functionality, and discretion

What We’re Looking For

• A strong background as a Stylist Manager, House Manager, Butler, or Visual Merchandiser
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in high-end environments
• Expert knowledge of colour coordination, folding techniques, and luxury space organization
• Impeccable taste, style, and a passion for detail and aesthetics
• Strong communication and delegation skills
• Discreet, polished, and client-focused personality
