Sales Account Manager

Job description
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client accounts, develop new business opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for your clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving revenue growth.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate product or service solutions
- Deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
- Achieve or exceed quarterly, semiannually and annual sales targets
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Solution Architects, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, customer interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client insights and market trends
- Continuous Customer Satisfaction during project delivery and support activities
- Have a strategic plan with each account of how the company can support its growth and development plans
- Support Finance in Payment Collection process
- Support PMO in signing delivery certificates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of Experience
- Technical background or understanding of the company products/services
- Problem-solving
- Time management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines
- Experience in IT industry, e.g., IT solutions, SaaS, Telecommunications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
