QatarEnergy Qatarization in Doha is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Analyst to design and implement an effective organization that aligns governance, processes, jobs, structures, competencies and people with QatarEnergy’s strategic objectives. Candidates should have 5+ years in Business Analysis, Organization Design or Change Management, with strong analytical, interpersonal and project management skills, and fluency with Microsoft Office.
Oil and gas experience preferred.
