Highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Controller needed for Prestige Cars Co to oversee the efficient operation of the car rental and limo fleet. The role involves monitoring and managing vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, driver performance, fleet efficiency, documentation, and ensuring all cars are maintained and ready for use. Administrative assistance and managing the leasing fleet are also part of the responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the company's fleet of vehicles and drivers
- Oversee vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and driver performance
- Ensure overall fleet efficiency and proper documentation of all cars
- Provide administrative assistance and manage the leasing fleet
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet management, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance schedules and fleet management software
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
