Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain dishes and daily specials, and make recommendations when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
• Assist in preparing the restaurant before and after service (setting tables, folding napkins, restocking supplies, etc.).
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies during service.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold the brand’s image and service standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash or POS systems.
