Madre Integrated Engineering | Full time
- Prepare detailed CAD drawings and shop drawings for precast concrete components (beams, slabs, columns, panels, staircases, etc.).
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate precast detailing.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
- Generate bar bending schedules, reinforcement detailing, and connection details for precast elements.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and client specifications .
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, or client feedback.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation for submission and approvals.
- Support production teams by providing clear and accurate shop drawings for precast manufacturing.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Draughtsman, with proven expertise in precast concrete projects .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software (Revit, Tekla Structures preferred).
- Strong knowledge of precast construction methods, reinforcement detailing, and structural connections.
- Experience in building projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
