PTW (Permit to Work) Coordinator - Ras Laffan [EPC Contractor / Qatar Energy Projects]

Major EPC Contractors executing the North Field Expansion are urgently hiring certified PTW Coordinators for immediate deployment to Ras Laffan Industrial City.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and issue strict Hot Work, Cold Work, and Confined Space entry permits in compliance with Qatar Energy safety protocols.
- Conduct joint site inspections with construction supervisors to verify that all physical isolations (LOTO) are actively in place before work commences.
- Monitor live gas testing results and ensure continuous atmospheric checks are logged for high-risk excavation zones.
- Manage the SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) board to prevent hazardous cross‑activity clashes on the active plant floor.
Mandatory Requirements
- Documentation: Valid and transferable Qatar ID (QID) with an immediate NOC is strictly required.
- Clearance: Must hold a clean legal record to pass MOI background checks for the RLIC Gate Pass.
- Experience: At least 5 years of direct PTW experience in downstream oil and gas projects. Previous QP/Qatar Energy approval is a massive advantage.
