Security Assurance Specialist

Job Role Summary:
The Security Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that security policies, procedures, and best practices are implemented and maintained across the organization. This role involves conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and compliance audits to protect the organization's assets and data.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform security risk assessments and audits.
Develop and implement security policies and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security measures.
Monitor security threats and vulnerabilities.
Provide security training and awareness programs.
Competencies, Skills, Experience:
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
Experience with security tools and technologies.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security assurance.
Education, Academic Qualification, Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or similar) preferred.
Language and Other Selection Criteria:
Proficiency in English.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
