Arabic-Speaking Call Center Specialist

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Qatar. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include high-volume calls, email/chat handling, and using CRM software to document interactions and track resolutions. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in a call center role preferred.
