Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a large hospitality group in Kuwait.
We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional who can support restaurant operations, lead the team, maintain high service standards, and help ensure an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house and service teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Support inventory control and minimize operational waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Monitor daily sales and operational performance.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business and operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar hospitality management role.
- Strong experience in restaurants, cafés, coffee brands, or F&B.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- International hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
