Flexographic Printing Machine Operator

Job Summary
The Flexographic Printing Machine Operator is responsible for operating and setting up high-speed flexo printing machines to deliver high-quality printed products. The role demands strong technical competency in machine calibration, cliché mounting, and ink control to ensure consistent print quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain high-speed flexographic printing machines.
- Perform full machine setup, calibration, and job changeovers.
- Accurately mount clichés and ensure precise register control.
- Monitor and control ink viscosity and color consistency throughout production runs.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure print quality meets specifications.
- Troubleshoot printing and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and production standards at all times.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Flexographic Printing.
High proficiency in cliché mounting, ink viscosity control, and machine setup/calibration.
Experience working on high‑speed flexographic printing lines.
Work Conditions
Must be able to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
