We are seeking an experienced Offshore Telecom Commissioning Lead for a major offshore Oil & Gas project. Responsibilities

- Lead Telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning offshore.
- Witness and validate ITRs, test sheets and check sheets.
- Oversee Mechanical Completion, CSA and RFSU activities.
- Monitor system completion status.
- Coordinate EPC contractor and vendor commissioning teams.
- Manage punch-list creation and clearance.
- Review completion dossiers.
- Participate in PTW and SIMOPS activities.
- Support Operations during start-up.
- Ensure safe and timely system handover.
- Engineering / Applied Sciences degree.
- 8+ years large-project Oil & Gas commissioning.
- Offshore commissioning experience.
- Telecom commissioning background.
- CMS experience - ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon or equivalent.
- Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience.
- Strong HSE awareness.
