• 100% Onshore
• Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
• 6 Days per Week
• 8-10 Hours per Day

Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Specialist (Technical) to provide technical, administrative, and information management support to the Central Function (CFx) team supporting Compression Projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in commissioning, systems completion, operational handover, technical governance, SharePoint administration, document control, technical library management, workforce planning, and recruitment coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commissioning, systems completion, and operational handover activities.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, workflows, and permissions.
• Manage CFx technical libraries, procedures, standards, specifications, and lessons learned databases.
• Prepare and control technical reports, presentations, governance documents, and procedures.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and personnel assessments.
• Support specialist service contracts, framework agreements, and contractor performance reporting.
• Generate dashboards, recruitment trackers, resource forecasts, and technical status reports.
• Coordinate technical communications between project teams, operations, and EPC contractors.
• Provide first-line support for SharePoint and information management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for information governance and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
• Minimum 8 years of experience in medium to large-scale Oil & Gas commissioning projects
• Strong experience with:
  • SharePoint administration
  • Document control and information management systems
  • Recruitment and workforce planning support
  • Technical reporting and governance documentation
  • Commissioning and Systems Completion processes
• Technical Knowledge:
