Remote Software M&A Associate: Sourcing & Deals
Partner One Capital
A long-term investment group is seeking an M&A Associate for a full-time, remote role in Qatar. The successful candidate will support the research, evaluation, and execution of software acquisitions. Responsibilities include sourcing businesses, conducting due diligence, and managing deal pipelines. Candidates should have 2-3 years' experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity and a strong academic background. Proficiency in financial modeling and a solid understanding of the M&A lifecycle are essential.
